Party Bus Rentals in Orange: Search & Save
Partybussantaana.net is a quote-comparison website — not a bus company, not a motor carrier. It doesn't own vehicles or operate trips. What it does is make it genuinely fast and easy to see what's available for your group, on your date, at your budget, without calling five companies and waiting on callbacks that never quite line up.
Here's how it works: enter your trip details — date, group size, pickup and drop-off locations — and you'll see pricing and pictures from different transportation companies serving Orange, CA and the surrounding area. Compare vehicles side by side, find what fits, and move forward. No account required.
Free quote online or by phone at 626-298-8189, any time, any day.
Not a bus company is actually great news. Because Partybussantaana.net isn't locked into one fleet, you get access to a much wider range of vehicle types, sizes, and price points than any single operator could offer. That means a 15-passenger party bus for a birthday crawl through Old Towne Orange and a 56-passenger charter bus for a Chapman University commencement group are both a few clicks away.

Available Onboard Bus Amenities in Orange
A 25-passenger party bus rolling out of Orange toward Angel Stadium typically comes loaded with color-changing LED lighting, a premium Bluetooth sound system, flat-panel TVs, and wraparound perimeter seating — the kind of setup that makes the ride itself part of the night. A minibus is the smarter call for a corporate shuttle between the Anaheim Convention Center and a hotel block in Orange, with climate control, reclining seats, and plenty of overhead storage. For a long haul — say, a wine tour up to Temecula or a full-day charter down to San Diego — a 56-passenger charter bus adds undercarriage bays for luggage and onboard restrooms so nobody's asking for a pit stop on the I-15.
Amenities vary by vehicle and company, and the quote comparison tool makes it easy to see what's included before you commit.
Air-conditioning
Wraparound Leather Seats
AUX / Bluetooth Sound System

Match Your Group to the Right Orange Party Bus
The traditional way to book a bus rental in Orange involves calling multiple companies during business hours, re-explaining your trip each time, and hoping the quotes you get back are even comparable. Partybussantaana.net replaces all of that with one form and a results page you can actually read — vehicle types, pictures, pricing, and availability from multiple companies serving Orange County, side by side.
Because the site connects to a network of transportation companies rather than operating its own fleet, you're never limited to whatever one carrier happens to have open on your date. Need a Sprinter limo for a bridal party pickup at The Venue OC and a charter bus for out-of-town guests coming in from John Wayne Airport? Both are findable through the same search.
Need three minibuses for a corporate shuttle circuit between the Outlets at Orange and a conference hotel in Anaheim? That's a one-call conversation at 626-298-8189.
Quotes are free. No account is needed. The tool runs day and night — so whether it's Tuesday at 2 p.m. or Sunday at midnight when you finally sit down to figure out prom transportation, the form is open and results come back fast.
Orange Party Bus Services
From airport transfers and Angel Stadium game-day shuttles to wedding shuttles, bachelorette nights, prom, concerts at the Honda Center, and corporate shuttles — whatever brings a group together in Orange, there's a bus in the network ready for it. Call 626-298-8189 to get your group moving!

Orange Airport Shuttles & Transportation
John Wayne Airport (SNA) (18601 Airport Way, Santa Ana, CA 92707) sits about 8 miles southwest of downtown Orange — a straightforward run on the 55 South, though the merge from the 22 can stack up on weekday mornings. SNA's ground transportation curb is on the lower level of each terminal; commercial vehicles stage in the designated commercial pickup zones rather than the upper arrival lanes. For groups flying in from multiple gates at different times, a bus that can wait at the curb beats asking eight people to coordinate rideshares from different terminals.
For groups heading to LAX — about 45 miles up the 5 — a charter bus cuts the per-person cost dramatically compared to booking individual rideshares through Friday afternoon traffic on the 405. SNA handles most Orange County itineraries cleanly, but when conference groups fly into LAX or Long Beach Airport (LGB), an Orange charter bus rental keeps the whole group together from baggage claim to hotel. See the full SNA shuttle guide before your travel date, and call 626-298-8189 to lock in your airport transfer.

Orange Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
Old Towne Orange's historic plaza — centered at Chapman Avenue and Glassell Street — packs a walkable cluster of wine bars, craft cocktail lounges, and restaurants that make a natural starting point for a bachelorette night. From there, the group can roll down the 57 to Anaheim's Packing District (440 S Anaheim Blvd), which has a lively food hall scene and bars that stay open late, or head west on the 22 toward Huntington Beach for an ocean-side finish.
A party bus rental for a bachelorette night in Orange means nobody's doing math on who's sober enough to drive between stops — the route is handled, everyone's together, and the night runs on your schedule rather than a rideshare's surge window. A 20- or 25-passenger party bus is the right size for most bachelorette groups, with LED lighting and Bluetooth sound built in. Weekend hourly rates start around $275–$375 for that size.
Call 626-298-8189 to check availability on your date.

Orange Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
Orange has a strong quinceañera and Sweet 16 tradition, and a party bus arrival at the reception venue is one of the most memorable entrances a birthday group can make. Whether the celebration is heading to a venue in the city or crossing into neighboring Anaheim or Garden Grove, a birthday party bus rental in Orange keeps the whole group together and on schedule without splitting into a caravan of family cars across the 22.
Party buses seating 18 to 50 passengers are available through the network, and many come with color-changing LED lighting and premium sound that make the ride itself feel like part of the event. For adult milestone birthdays — a 30th, 40th, or 50th heading out for a dinner crawl through Old Towne Orange or a night in Anaheim — a 30-passenger party bus hits the sweet spot for most groups. Weekday hourly rates start around $300–$375 for that size.

Orange Concert Transportation & Shuttles
Honda Center (2695 E Katella Ave, Anaheim, CA 92806) is a 15-minute shot up the 57 North from central Orange, but the surface streets around Katella Avenue and State College Boulevard turn into a parking crawl after a sellout show. Honda Center's official guidance directs buses to use the Gene Autry Way entrance off Orangewood Avenue, with oversized vehicle staging near the arena's north side — check the Honda Center parking and transportation page for current drop-off protocols before your show date. Rideshare pickup post-concert is in a designated lot that backs up fast after a sellout show, so a bus that stages and returns to your door beats standing in a Lyft queue for 45 minutes.
An Orange concert bus rental to Honda Center also works for the Pacific Amphitheatre at the OC Fair & Event Center (88 Fair Dr, Costa Mesa, CA 92626), where the parking situation during the annual OC Fair runs July through August is genuinely bad — the lots fill by 6 p.m. on summer weekends and the Fair Drive approach gets gridlocked. Call 626-298-8189 for concert transportation quotes from Orange.

Orange Corporate Event Transportation
The Anaheim Convention Center (800 W Katella Ave, Anaheim, CA 92802) is the largest convention facility on the West Coast and draws major trade shows year-round — and Orange hotels are a popular overflow block when Anaheim fills up. A minibus or charter bus running a shuttle circuit between an Orange hotel block and the ACC south entrance on Katella Avenue keeps your attendees on time without anyone fighting for Uber Pool during the 8 a.m. session rush.
For smaller corporate moves — a team offsite at a Chapman University venue, a client dinner in Old Towne Orange, or an executive transfer from John Wayne Airport to a Disneyland-area meeting — a Sprinter van or Sprinter limo handles the job cleanly with USB charging, leather seating, and none of the parking stress on Harbor Boulevard. Orange corporate event transportation quotes are free and available any time at 626-298-8189.

Orange Private Event Transportation Services
Disneyland Resort draws roughly 18–20 million visitors a year, and Katella Avenue and Harbor Boulevard turn into slow crawls on any busy weekend — which in Orange County means most of them from late spring through Labor Day. If you're moving a private group to Disneyland from an Orange hotel or home base, a charter bus drops your group at the Disneyland Resort main entrance on Harbor Boulevard while everyone else circles the Mickey & Friends Structure looking for a space.
For private events that don't involve a theme park — a family reunion using Irvine Regional Park, a church retreat heading to Big Bear, or a multi-stop wine tour through Temecula Valley — a charter bus handles the longer haul with onboard restrooms and undercarriage storage. Orange private event bus rentals are available in every group size through the network. Call 626-298-8189 or use the quote form to see what fits your itinerary.

Orange Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Orange is home to several large high schools — El Modena, Orange, Villa Park, and Canyon among them — and prom season (late April through mid-May) is consistently the busiest window of the year for party bus rentals in Orange County. Every school in the area holds prom within roughly a six-week stretch, and the buses that fit a prom group get claimed fast. For prom: book by January or expect to pay significantly more — or find nothing in your size by March.
A prom party bus rental in Orange is the cleanest way to handle the liability question parents always have at this time of year — everyone's on one bus, the route is agreed on upfront, and there's no coordinating between six separate cars. Partybussantaana.net makes it easy to compare vehicle sizes and pricing in one place. Call 626-298-8189 as soon as your prom date is confirmed.

Orange School Event & Field Trip Transportation
Chapman University (One University Drive, Orange, CA 92866) sits right in the heart of the city and regularly needs group transportation for athletics, academic events, and off-campus programs. For K–12 field trips, popular Orange County destinations include the Discovery Cube OC (2500 N Main St, Santa Ana, CA 92705), the Bowers Museum (2002 N Main St, Santa Ana, CA 92706), and the OC Zoo inside Irvine Regional Park (1 Irvine Park Rd, Orange, CA 92869) — all within 15 miles of most Orange schools.
A charter bus or minibus rental for Orange school groups gives teachers and chaperones overhead bin storage, a PA system, and enough room to keep everyone organized without a yellow school bus that skips half the comfort features. ADA-accessible vehicles are available through the network — just mention it when requesting a quote. Longer trips to the San Diego Zoo or the California Science Center in LA work well on a full-size charter bus with onboard restrooms.
Call 626-298-8189 to pull together school trip pricing.

Orange Sporting Event Transportation
Angel Stadium (2000 E Gene Autry Way, Anaheim, CA 92806) is about 4 miles north of central Orange on the 57, but the surface street situation around State College Boulevard and Gene Autry Way after a night game is exactly as bad as you'd expect from a 45,000-seat venue with limited mass transit options. The Angels direct buses and oversized vehicles to the Gene Autry Way commercial vehicle entrance; check the Angel Stadium transportation page for current lot assignments, since preferred bus parking varies by game and event.
For Ducks games at Honda Center — same neighborhood, same post-game surface street problem — a party bus or charter bus rental from Orange to the arena keeps your group together from tailgate to the final buzzer. Per-person, splitting a charter bus among 40 fans usually runs less than parking plus a round-trip rideshare. See the full Angel Stadium bus rental guide and Honda Center bus rental guide, then call 626-298-8189 to get game-day pricing.

Orange Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
The Villa del Sol d'Oro in Sierra Madre, The Ranch at Laguna Beach, and nearer venues like The Arbor in Orange itself draw wedding groups from across Orange County — and coordinating guests between a hotel block and a venue across OC's freeway grid is the detail that always gets underestimated. A wedding shuttle bus rental in Orange solves it cleanly: one bus, a confirmed pickup window, guests delivered to the venue entrance without anyone navigating an unfamiliar off-ramp in formalwear.
For the bridal party specifically, a 14-passenger Sprinter limo handles photo stops at Irvine Regional Park or Old Towne Orange and arrives at the venue on time. Weekend hourly rates run $225–$350 for that vehicle. A minibus handles guest shuttles between a hotel block and the reception venue at a lower per-person cost than booking individual rideshares that may not show up on schedule.
Call 626-298-8189 to talk through your wedding day timeline and get pricing.

Orange Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
Temecula Valley Wine Country — roughly 65 miles southeast of Orange on the 91 to I-15 South — is the obvious anchor for any Orange County wine tour, and the drive back on a Friday evening on the I-15 North is the part nobody wants to think about. A charter bus handles the return just as well as the departure, with no designated-driver conversation required at the last vineyard. Wilson Creek Winery (35960 Rancho California Rd, Temecula, CA 92591) and Ponte Winery (35053 Rancho California Rd) are popular group stops with room for bus parking in their main lots.
For a shorter itinerary that stays closer to home, Orange County's local craft brewery circuit — Bottle Logic Brewing in Anaheim, Noble Ale Works, and the growing taproom scene around Anaheim and Fullerton — works well on a pub crawl party bus from Orange that doesn't require anyone to cover a 65-mile highway. A 20- or 25-passenger party bus fits most tour groups and keeps the energy going between stops. Call 626-298-8189 to build out your itinerary and get a quote.

How much does a party bus cost in Orange?
Party bus prices in Orange depend on the vehicle size, the day of the week, and how far out you're booking. A 15-passenger party bus typically runs $200–$350/hour on weekdays and $250–$350/hour on weekends. A 50-passenger party bus runs $300–$450/hour on weekdays and $325–$500/hour on weekends.
A minibus is the most affordable option per hour, starting around $200–$250 on weekdays. These are planning ranges — not quotes. Your actual rate depends on your specific date and itinerary.
Use the form or call 626-298-8189 to get a quote for your trip in under a minute. The party bus prices page has a full breakdown by vehicle type.
Is John Wayne Airport (SNA) easy to access by charter bus?
Yes — SNA is the most convenient option for Orange County groups. It's about 8 miles from central Orange on the 55 South, and commercial vehicle pickup uses the designated ground transportation lanes on the lower level of each terminal. The airport is significantly less congested than LAX, making it a much easier group airport transfer.
See the SNA shuttle guide for full pickup and drop-off details, and check the official SNA ground transportation page before your travel date.
When is it hardest to find a party bus in Orange?
Prom season (late April–mid-May) is the single tightest window in Orange County — every high school in the area books within the same six-week stretch and buses at the right size disappear fast. Beyond prom, Disneyland's peak summer weeks (mid-June through Labor Day), the OC Fair in July–August, and major Angel Stadium and Honda Center events all spike demand across the county. Book at least 3–6 months ahead for any of those dates.
For most other occasions, 4–8 weeks of lead time is workable — but earlier always means more options and better pricing.
Can a charter bus park at Disneyland?
Yes. Disneyland Resort has dedicated bus and motorcoach parking at the Toy Story Parking Area off Disneyland Drive, separate from the main guest parking structure. Buses are directed to this area and guests walk or take the resort shuttle to the main entrance.
The walk from the Toy Story lot to the Disneyland Resort entrance gate is roughly 10–15 minutes. See the full Disneyland bus rental guide for current approach and staging details, and verify with the official Disneyland transportation page before your visit date.
What's the difference between a party bus and a charter bus?
A party bus is built for celebration — perimeter seating, LED lighting, a sound system, and a vibe designed for the ride itself. Sizes run from 15 to 50 passengers. A charter bus is built for comfortable, efficient group transport — forward-facing reclining seats, overhead storage, undercarriage luggage bays, and onboard restrooms on most vehicles, seating 40–56 passengers.
If the event is at the destination, a charter bus is usually the smarter fit. If the ride is part of the event, go party bus. Call 626-298-8189 and a quick conversation will narrow it down fast.
How far in advance should I book a party bus in Orange?
For prom, book by January — no exceptions. For weddings and large corporate events, 3–6 months is the standard. For a bachelorette, birthday, or sporting event trip, 4–8 weeks typically covers you outside of peak season.
The honest answer: the earlier you call, the more options you have and the better the rate. Waiting until two weeks out on a Saturday in July — when the Angels are home and the OC Fair is running — is how groups end up with nothing in their size. Call 626-298-8189 as soon as your date is set.
Popular Orange Party Bus Destinations
Orange sits at the crossroads of some of Southern California's best-attended venues and events — from Angel Stadium and Honda Center to Disneyland and the Segerstrom Center in Costa Mesa. Below are six popular destinations for Orange party bus groups, with the logistical details that actually matter for planning your trip.

Angel Stadium
Angel Stadium (2000 E Gene Autry Way, Anaheim, CA 92806 | (714) 940-2000) seats 45,517 and hosts the Los Angeles Angels from April through September, plus occasional concerts and bowl games. From central Orange, the stadium is about 4 miles north on the 57 Freeway — a 10-minute drive that turns into 30–40 minutes post-game when every surface street around State College and Gene Autry Way stacks up simultaneously. The Angels direct commercial buses to the Gene Autry Way vehicle entrance; preferred parking assignments vary by event, so check the official Angel Stadium transportation page before your game.
Per-person, a charter bus for a fan group almost always beats driving when you factor in $20–$30 event parking plus post-game gridlock. See the Angel Stadium bus rental guide for full approach details.

Honda Center
Honda Center (2695 E Katella Ave, Anaheim, CA 92806 | (714) 704-2400) is home to the Anaheim Ducks and hosts major touring concerts — Harry Styles, Taylor Swift, and arena-scale tours all run through here. Capacity runs about 17,000 for hockey and up to nearly 19,000 for concerts. The arena sits just off the I-5 on Katella Avenue, and the post-event traffic on Katella between Harbor and State College is a consistent problem after any sellout.
Official venue guidance directs buses through the Gene Autry Way entrance off Orangewood Avenue on the arena's north side. Rideshare pickup backs up badly in the designated post-show lot. An Orange concert bus rental stages nearby and picks your group up curbside, cutting the wait to near zero.
Read the Honda Center bus rental guide and check the official Honda Center parking and transportation page before your event date.

Disneyland Resort
Disneyland Resort (1313 S Harbor Blvd, Anaheim, CA 92802 | (714) 781-4636) draws roughly 18–20 million visitors annually, making Harbor Boulevard and Katella Avenue two of the most reliably slow roads in Orange County on any weekend from May through September. Motorcoach and charter bus groups are directed to the Toy Story Parking Area off Disneyland Drive, separate from the main guest structure. From there, guests walk or take the resort transportation system to the park entrance — approximately 10–15 minutes.
Parking in the main structure runs $35+ per car, so a single charter bus for a group of 40 saves significant money before anyone has bought a churro. The Disneyland bus rental guide has approach and staging details; verify current protocols on the official Disneyland transportation page before your visit.

Segerstrom Center for the Arts
Segerstrom Center for the Arts (600 Town Center Dr, Costa Mesa, CA 92626 | (714) 556-2787) is Orange County's primary performing arts complex, hosting Broadway touring productions, the Pacific Symphony, and the Philharmonic Society of Orange County. The Center sits about 12 miles southwest of Orange on the 55 South and 405 West — a reasonable drive that turns congested on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings when multiple performances let out simultaneously across the campus. Segerstrom has structured parking in adjacent garages, but a group arriving by minibus gets dropped at the Town Center Drive entrance without anyone circling for a spot.
Read the Segerstrom bus rental guide for drop-off specifics, and check the official Segerstrom transportation page before a show date.

Irvine Regional Park
Irvine Regional Park (1 Irvine Park Rd, Orange, CA 92869 | (714) 973-6835) is Orange County's oldest regional park — 477 acres of oak woodland in the foothills east of the city, home to the OC Zoo, lake fishing, equestrian trails, and one of the county's most popular picnic destinations for family reunions and company outings. The main entrance is right off Jamboree Road on the city of Orange's eastern edge. Day-use parking charges per vehicle, and the main lot fills quickly on spring and fall weekends when the weather is ideal.
A charter bus or minibus for a company picnic or family reunion drops the whole group at once, sidesteps the per-car parking charge, and eliminates the caravan coordination across Santiago Canyon Road. It's a strong fit for school field trip groups as well — the OC Zoo is an easy half-day for elementary ages.

Old Towne Orange Historic District
Old Towne Orange (centered at Chapman Ave and Glassell St, Orange, CA 92866) is one of Southern California's best-preserved historic commercial districts — a walkable grid of antique shops, independent restaurants, wine bars, and cocktail lounges surrounding a circular plaza. It's the natural hub for birthday crawls, bachelorette nights, anniversary dinners, and corporate happy hours that want a neighborhood feel without a freeway. Street parking around the plaza is metered and competitive on Friday and Saturday evenings; the surrounding residential streets have permit restrictions.
A party bus drops the group at the plaza, stages on a nearby commercial street, and picks everyone up at a set time — no one's watching a parking meter at 10 p.m. or splitting a $60 rideshare back to a hotel in Anaheim. For bachelorette groups building a multi-stop OC night, Old Towne Orange makes an excellent first stop before heading toward Anaheim or the coast.
